Know what’s actively being shipped.

You ask how it’s going and get a guess. Actmark reads the code your team is pushing and shows you exactly where every task stands.

Which one are you?

Early access. No spam. One email when it opens.

One task, one commit. Watch the bar move without anyone touching it.

Step 3 of 3

Actmark finds the callback route in that commit. The bar moves to 3 of 4 and names the file. Nobody clicked anything.

Step 3 of 3

You describe it. The code confirms it.

Progress comes from the repository itself, so there is nothing to keep up to date and nothing to take on trust.

How it works

Setup is a GitHub App install and a conversation about what you’re building. After that, your only job is saying what you want next.

  1. Describe the task.

In your own words. “Let people log in with Google.”

  2. Your engineer signs off on it.

They see what you asked for and what it means in the code, and fix it if it’s wrong. Now you both mean the same thing by done.

  3. It updates itself.

Every commit that counts moves the task forward, and shows you the file it came from.

When something stops moving, you find out.

A task that had commits last week and nothing since gets flagged, before it becomes a missed deadline.

If there’s no commit behind it, the bar doesn’t move.

Your team keeps working the way they already do.

Nothing to install, no status to fill in, no meeting to sit through. They write code and push it, exactly as before.

Questions

Does my team have to change how they work?
No. They write code and push it.
Can Actmark change anything in my repository?
No. Read-only access to code and pull requests, nothing else.
What if it reads a task wrong?
Your engineer corrects it before the work starts, and can edit it later.
Is this monitoring my developers?
It tracks tasks, not people. There are no productivity scores and no per-person rankings.
